If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization.
Jarbug provides AI-powered SEO infrastructure that helps ecommerce and direct-to-consumer brands discover demand, generate optimized pages, and grow organic traffic. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable and exclude applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change our prices with reasonable advance notice.
The Services, including all software, design, text, and branding, are owned by Jarbug or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
You retain ownership of the data and content you provide to the Services ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and use Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Services.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights necessary to submit Customer Data and for its accuracy and legality.
The Services may integrate with third-party platforms and tools. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms. Integrations may change or become unavailable without notice.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jarbug will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Jarbug harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your Customer Data, or your violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, and the sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in New Delhi, India, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts located in New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
